Pain.

A lot of things happened in October that had me re-assessing what I wanted out of life, and in particular what I wanted out of my life as a writer.

I had to reconcile myself with the fact that certain things were not going to happen, no matter how many times I prepare myself for the inevitability. I know, I know, never say never and all that, but there are just some things that are either 1) too little too late or 2) not happening anymore, if at all, because of who I am and what my limits are as a person.

Mistakes were made. Miscalculations were made. Learning moments, all of them, but that did not take away the sting of those mistakes.

Nevertheless, I thank you all for your support, and I hope that this could be the start of something bigger.

Love, Stella

  1. There are no limits to what you can do as a writer. Because it's all inside you, these stories. And these stories can be told in a number of ways. So don't give up – write another story. I believe in you, my friend.
